Write a paragraph explaining of why military strength is better than educational development (Sparta)

The people of Sparta believe that Military strength is better meaning more important than Educational Development. They have reasons for this such as Sparta is a very small population of people so they are a very good target for war, so they are more likely to get attacked. So they need military to train to protect there small population.
