Which is not a good practice in conducting interviews?

a. be happy - happy people radiate confidence

b. explain thoroughly - it is estimated that in a strong interview session, the interviewer (you) should talk and explain about 60% of the time; and the interviewee should answer about 40% of the time

c. if the interviewee ask you a question, answer it truthfully - and if you don't know an answer, say so

d. pay attention to what the interviewee is saying

e. watch interviewees' facial expressions, how they sit and their body language; do they cross their arms; do they lean forward?
