Well, actually planning commission will always be relevant in all country of the world
It's not a rocket science, but in order for an entity to succeed in achieving a certain goal, planning the steps that we about to take to achieve that goal is very important.

Planning is relevant in India. Given the amount of people who lvie in india it is crucial for this country to plan it's strategy of development in order for it to enable itself a sustainable way of staying afloat.
