Which of the following results when all states have the authority to design and govenment their court system?

The correct answer is some states have no judicial system. They would be confused or so most likely based off of the fact that most authoritative figures get ideas off of each other! So if they all did their own thing there really would be no need for the judicial branch (they enforce laws).
