What social progression happened in the 1960's. DO you believe with this progression.

Females were entering the paid work force despite sexual harassment and the pay difference compared to the men. I believe the progression was worth it because now we are able to work without dealing with problems like sexual harassment (at least it's not extremely common) and now we all have minimum pay which means every man and women start off with the same pay.
