How can you tell if a research study has a developmental focus? how do you know if it is developmental research?

    A research has a development focus if it entails designing, developing, and evaluating instructional programs, processes, and products. the products and programs must meet criteria of internal consistency and effectiveness for one to know that it is a development research.
