    The correct answer in this case is either A or C.

    A is useful and very good because if you're not thinking about the worst thing that will happen to you in a certain situation, you will also eliminate a very important and limiting source of negative self-talk.

    C can be useful because ignoring fears that will trigger your negative self-talk can be useful as well, however, most people have difficulties simply ignoring fears.

    For this reason I think the better answer is A.
