The RNA genomes that are known as double stranded are found only on viruses. Remember that the Double stranded RNA viruses are a group that vary in many different host ranges like humans, animals funig, etc. One of the members of this group can include the ones called rotaviruses that cause many different type of illnesses like gastritis in children.
