    The answer is primary lesions. There are two types of lesions; primary and secondary. Primary lesions can be acquired from birth (birthmark) or over time probably from injury. Examples of primary lesions are macules, plaque, and papule. Secondary lesions are modifications of primary lesions. They include fissures, scales, and crust.
