What three kinds of tissues do meristems develop into?

    The answer is dermal, vascular, and ground. Meristem tissue is young undifferentiated cells of a plant. There are thus totipotent and are analogous to stem cells in animals. Meristem is found at the tips of plants (apical), at the sides (lateral), and in the middle (intercalary).
