The mineral salts concentration in the roots increased when the oxygen concentration in the solution increases by 10 per-cent because the roots uptake minerals and salts by active transport which requires ATP and Oxygen is required by cellular respiration in root cells.

    Explanation:

The root hair cells have membrane protein on them which assist in active transport of the minerals and ions to the root cells. When the oxygen concentration is increased by 10% the cellular respiration in the root cells occur faster, producing ATP and aiding in faster active transport and hence increasing the mineral and ion concentration in roots of the plant.
