Which group of organic compounds found in living things are not energy-rich?

    The answer to this question would be DNA. Protein and nucleic acids also not giving much energy.

    The organic compound is included carbohydrate, lipids, proteins, nucleic acid, and DNA. From that list, carbohydrate is the primary source of energy. Lipid is used to store energy as it giving highest energy per gram.
