B.) the combination of high winds and flood waters

    Explanation:

Hurricanes contain coastal storm surges, high winds, flood waters. Hurricanes also last longer than tornadoes. Hurricanes can last days and maybe even weeks.

The answer would the combination of high winds and flood waters because winds can reach at least 156 mph with a category 5 hurricane. A category 1 hurricane can produce 74 to 95 mph winds. For comparison, an EF0 tornado can produce 65 to 85 mph winds. As for flooding, most of the locations that experience hurricanes are coastal areas, meaning they are situated around an ocean. Since there is a lot more water in the ocean than in a lake, like Lake Michigan or Lake Huron, there is a lot more water that can drown a city. As years pass, hurricanes are getting more and more devastating due to climate changes. More places will get destroyed by hurricanes, high wind, and flood waters.
