The Correct answer is option D, sequence of nucleotide

A DNA molecule consists of alternating sugar and phosphate groups. The traits expressed in any individual are due to the protein sequences coded by genes. There are four nucleotide bases adenine (A), thymine (T), cytosine (C) and guanine (G). In RNA, the T base is replaced by uracil (U). In genetic code map, three bases are mapped into an amino acid. For example AAG maps to the amino acid lysine. like wise a set of amino acid in group represents a trait.
