Answer: C. It's low in carbohydrates.

Salmon is a fish, which is popularly used as a source of food in US. It is a rich source of proteins, fats and vitamin D. Garlic butter is a butter that is made from garlic and butter, mixed and blend together. The main composition of butter is fat. In both salmon and garlic butter carbohydrate is low in content.

Hi, I believe the right answer is letter C, 'it's low in carbohydrates'. In fact, salmon and butter contain no fiber, but salmon is high in protein and contains both vitamin B12 and iron.
