How can DNA and RNA make a protein if they are made of different molecules?

    They both work in the production of amino acids. Amino acids make up protein.

    DNA molecules undergoes transcription and synthesize mRNA and than mRNA leads into formation of various amino acids by translation process. These amino acids are actually the building blocks of proteins and gives a final structure via various local and global interactions among themselves. folding of all proteins are mediated by various cellular factors.
