If sickle-cell anemia is represented by aa, then it is a recessive trait. Therefore, the man and woman's alleles would be Aa, heterzygous dominant, meaning they are carriers for the disease. If the man is color blind, his alleles would be, let's just say, cc. The woman's would be CC, since she is homozygous dominant. There is a 100% chance that their children will be carriers of color blindness due to the allele combinations. There is a 50% chance that these children will have sickle cell anemia and a 50% chance that these children will carry sickle cell anemia.
