The changes in antibiotic resistace is directly due to evolution of the bacteria that have resistance gene, in response to the environmnet that contains antibiotics. Same is the case with pesticide resistance, which develops due to the persistence of insecticide in the environment. Peppered moth also changed their color due to the response after industrial pollution. But, in case of change in genetics of humans, is it due to mutations and many other factors and not just environmental conditions.

The answer is the first one. This is on the grounds that the adjustments in the hereditary qualities of human populaces are because of irregular change and sexual generation as opposed to natural weights. Every other decision are things that influence a creature's "wellness," otherwise called its capacity to replicate.
