    D because if it is concrete, it will not able to bend and it will crumble after the earthquake. If it’s a short building made of wood, it will be able to survive because of low center of gravity and its flexibility.

    I believe it would be B. a short building made of rigid concrete because it would be more stable than wood and tall buildings have more weight making them fall easier.
