    There are two types of bacteria found in yogurt, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. They are also found in the human digestive tract.

    Bacteria, commonly found in yogurts and cheeses (blue cheese, aged cheese) it is however a good bacteria in food the bacterias being (Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus). It causes the milk to curdle and the yogurt and cheese to be produced.
