What effect does skipping breakfast have on daily food intake patterns?

    Research indicates that skipping breakfast increases food portion intake for the rest of the day. This is due to increased hunger pangs. This result to overeating in the other meals of the day, by especially craving for foods with higher energy densities. Eating breakfast is usually advisable for person tying to lose weight or avoid obesity.
