    C) Construction of a new parking garage

    Explanation:

The agile life cycle approach is used for projects that contain several incremental steps needed in order to complete the project. This means that the project's life cycle is iterative, i. e. it includes repeating cycles.

For example, in order to discover a drug you will start testing a prototype cure, and observe the results. If the results aren't positive, then you will change the formula and redo the tests again until the desired results are obtained.

If you are going to build a new parking garage, once you built it, the project is over. You are not going to break it down, and then rebuild it again.
