    Option E SMART goals

    Explanation:

    Because the goals must be:

S for specific. The company must specify what its goals are?

M for measurable. The goal is measured using a scale which is either in monetary value or in non monetary value.

A for attainable means the goal can be done. For example the goal to land at sun is not attainable. The goal must be based on realistic assumptions.

R for results oriented means that the plans and procedures are designed to achieve the goals.

T for time bounded. An effective goal is time bounded which means if I say I will run 10 km without setting date and time deadline means unwillingness and lack of reasoning to do so. So time bounding of the goal plays a great role in achievement of goals. The person brings his all resources to achieve the target.
