    Assuming It is Iron (II)

    Na2CO3 + Fe (CLO2) - - > FeCO3 + Na2 (CLO2)

FeCO3 forms a precipitate in aqueous solution

    (2Na+) + (Fe2+) + (CLO2 (2-)) + (CO3 (2-)) - - > FeCO3 + (2Na+) + (CLO2) (2-))

Sodium and Chlorite ions become spectator ions as they do not form precipitates on both sides of equations

    (Fe2+) + (CO3 (2-)) - - > FeCO3
