Solution is the result where a solute (usually solid) is mixed with a solvent (usually liquid)
Salt (solute) mixed with water (solvent) is drinkable. Just make sure the salt is in a small amount. The solution can be called salt solution.
Sugar (solute) mixed with water (solvent) is also drinkable. It can be called sugar solution.
