    The strongest intermolecular interactions between hydrogen fluoride (hf) molecules arise from Hydrogen Bonding.

    Explanation:

    Hydrogen Bond interactions are considered the strongest intermolecular interactions among molecules. These interactions are found between Hydrogen atom of one molecule bonded to most electronegative atoms (i. e F, O, N) and the most electronegative atoms of neighbor molecule.

    In case of HF, fluorine has the greatest electronegativity of 4, so the hydrogen bonded to Fluorine becomes partial positive and makes Hydrogen bond with Fluorine atom of neighbor HF molecule.
