Explain why you are more likely to overdose on vitamin a than on vitamin c

    The difference is in how the vitamins are dissolved into the body. Vitamin C is water soluble, so your kidneys are able to filter them out and expel them from the body. Whereas vitamin A is fat soluble and the body cannot get rid of those vitamins and just store them inside the body.
