some of the barriers impeding the progress of attaining a more sustainable renewable energy economy include

structural, political and perception hurdles

Explanation:

There must be structure on ground which will facilitate the work on renewable energy provision for the people, also there must be a political will on the part of the Government to accelerate the growth of renewable energy and lastly the perception of the people has to be changed toward accepting the best form of produce power through renewable energy rather than through fossil fuel
