These get destroyed after use. Flow or inexhaustible resource remains unchanged even after continuous use like reiver, sea, and land. Based on ownership, they are International means used by the global population. National resource means used by one nation in one country. And individual searches money or property resources etc. And based on availability they are Ubiquitous and localized. like sunshine and the air is available everywhere.
