    A = 6.676 E1 mm²

    a) A = 6.676 E1 mm² * (ft / 304.8 mm) ²

    ⇒ A = 7.186 E-4 ft²

    b) t = 51.7 s → A = 1.46 E1 mm²

    ⇒ relation (r) = 6.676 E1 mm² / 1.46 E1 mm² = 4.573

    ⇒ t = 51.7 s * 4.573 = 236.403 s
