A chemist measures the amount of chlorine gas produced during an experiment. She finds that of chlorine gas is produced. Calculate the number of moles of chlorine gas produced.

    Mass of chlorine/number of moles = molar mass of chlorine.

    Molar mass of chlorine = (35.5*2)

    = 71 g/mol.

    Mass = 55.3 g of chlorine.
