    Now the question is the mass defect of oxygen in kilograms.

    amu is one of the unit of mass which is equal to the 1/12 of mass of an atom of carbon-12.

    While 1 amu = 1.66 * 10-27 Kg

    So

    0.13261 amu = 1.66 * 10-27 Kg * 0.13261

    = 22.01 * 10-29 or 2.201 * 10-28 Kg
