NaCN is sodium cyanide
Sodium cyanide with formula NaCN is an inorganic compound. It is a solid, white and water-soluble. Cyanide has a high metal attraction which results in this salt being highly toxic. Its major usage also takes advantage of its high reactivity against metals in mining.
