How much heat is needed to raise the temperature of 8g of water by 16oC?

    c = 4.19 J / (oC * g)

    m = 8 grams

    Δt = 16° C

    Equation

    Heat = H = m * c * Δt

    Solution

    H = 8 * 4.19*16

    H = 536.32 Joules
