    Explanation:

    The ideal gas law will be applied here. We expect the gas to have a higher pressure because the volume has been reduced for the same amount of gas at a constant temperature (assumption).

    P₁V₁ = P₂V₂

    1.5 * 16 = P₂ * 10

    P₂ = (1.5 * 16) / 10

    P₂ = 2.4 atm
