When we boiling the ice, why after about 15 minutes the temperature of it doesn't change anymore? (answer by temperature/molecules/phase change)

    The temperature would be affected by the thermal energy and the heat being transferred, if the total thermal energy had more kinetic energy + potential energy, more heat is needed.
