The carbonates in an ore are converted into a mixture of zinc oxide and lead oxide. What's is the reaction and how is it done?

    The reaction is exothermic and the product can be clearly indentified. the experement illutrate the difference is reactive between zinc and lead oxide and hence the idea of competition reaction.
