Determine if the following phrase is a complete sentence or a fragment. Mostly evergreens.

    Every sentence needs a main clause. This phrase doesn't has a main clause, therefore it's a fragment. Also if you read the phrase out loud, it's incomplete. Mostly evergreens what? What about the evergreens? The phrase is an incomplete thought.
