    Simple) Present Indefinite Tense:

    I eat mangoes often.

    The Sun rises in the East.

    (To describe regular, habitual, routine actions, and universal or scientific truths.)

    Present Continuous Tense:

    I am eating mangoes now.

    (To describe an action which is going on at the time of speaking.)

    Present Perfect Tense:

    I have eaten a mango just now.

    (To describe an action which has just now or recently been completed, and which has a connection with, or impact on, the present time or place.)
