Companies should consider the life experiences of their applicants as well as their education level when hiring entry-level positions. Because they provide valuable information for the recruitment process.

    Explanation:

The reason behind this answer is that in the first place the objective of evaluating applicants for a position is to understand them and the way they react to problem-solving situations in scenarios of stress. Therefore, considering entry-level positions are almost always contested by people with not much work experience, life experiences can provide enough information to know if they fit the company's profile assigned to the position. Another, way to evaluate them is by analyzing their education to see if they know the position. As well as analyzing the way they behaved in their education process as it can provide valuable information in the same scenarios of problem-solving with high-stress levels. I know this are not 15 lines, but you can add more details and examples to complement the arguments.
