    A leader is a person who commands a group, organization or country. Ethical leadership involves righteous decision-making and behavior. A leader might encounter a situation in which he or she is compelled to select from two choices. In that respect, both possible alternatives can be disadvantageous, more or less proper, or more or less incorrect.

    A leader is someone or an individual dictates who things can be should be done the right way, who rallies people to move toward that better goal. with a clear foresight, a leader can motivate people, by putting them first in areas of engagement.

    A leader can face ethical dilemmas like goals that seem unrealistic and conflicting among his followers, he can face discrimination or harassment either from followers, the government of the day, or other people, another one is facing a toxic workplace culture.
