    Explain and defend your answer?

The defendant in this case was a kid who has committed an amoral act. The child will not be tried by these eminent jurists if he pleads guilty or not guilty. The matter will be categorised as a juvenile case and will be treated as such. He/she will be kept in the prison custody or correctional/reform centres until he/she is of age of trial.

    No

    Explanation:

It is highly unlikely that the men are peers of my age. Let's look at the scenario closely. First, the defendant is a small child. This may mean that the case involves a juvenile, or simply the person who is below the legal age to stand a noteworthy or adult trial. The person might be a child offender who has done a heinous crime, say murder or something of that sort. Thus, the defendant needs the counsel of mature judgement and counsel in order to defend and determine is case.
