In the sentence, well should replace good. Well is an adverb that describes how things are. Whom should replace who. Whom is the object of a preposition so it must be whom. The way to check is to replace whom with "him". Would you usually say to him or to he. Siberia should also be capitalized, but this could have just been a typo.
