The type of evidence most likely to be included in a testimonial is empirical evidence because it is solid evidence, it can be either proven or disproved. The kind of evidence presented in a courtoom is offered as a proof of the truth of what is being stated. They are assertions, as they are made under oath.

Logical evidence is used when stating if something is true or not by using logic. They require deductive reasoning (a)

    (a) On Wednesdays we wear pink, today is Wednesday so we are probably wearing pink.

Ethics is subjective so it definetly could not be used to prove whether something is or not the case. It has to do with the moral of the person making the statement.

Finally, anedotal evidence has to do with the stories experienced by a person that are told to prove or disprove something. Experiences are also subjective since the people involved in them are the only ones who could possibly know that what they are telling is the true.
