In Act 3, Scene 4 of Hamlet, Hamlet kills Polonius. Why does Hamlet kill Polonius? How do you think Polonius' death will impact the other characters in the play? Explain your answer. Use evidence from the play to support your answer.

    Hamlet killed Polonius on accident, realizing that someone was listening to his conversation with his mother in a deranged state. This proves Hamlet to be "crazy", and turns Hamlet into a more disliked person among the kingdom.
