Ginsberg uses repetition to reinforce the idea that everything that happen in this world is because of the actions done by mankind. Take for example his first sentence upon which he says that the world needs to heal itself, and then follows it with the idea that nothing is impossible if given the proper motivation. At the third sentence, he then explains that human beings should see the true value of nature. He then explains that the disasters being encountered are because of technology - the same technology that people have developed. Ginsberg reiterates that everything is caused by human beings and if change is needed, human beings should be the ones who should make that change since everything is just a reaction of what we do in this world.
