How does a tracking system work?

Well basically a tracking system is a GPS and is funded and controlled by the U. S government of defense {DOD} which means you can have one in you're car, phone anywhere you really want it. just have to type in your location and it'll tell you where your going and you can even find another person by typing in their location so you can track them down.
