Benjamin Franklin was one of the founding fathers of the United States. He was born on January 17th, 1706 in Boston MA and died on April 17th, 1760 in Philidelphia PA. He was a scientist, a leading author, printer, political theorist, politicion, civic activist, diplomat, freemason, and a postmaster.
