The correct answer here is B.

This landmark labor law case from 1905, which has since been overturned, saw the Supreme Court rule that Lochner was correct in saying that the law from New York which restricted the working hours of bakers to 10 hours was unconstitutional as it was wrong use of government power and that the government has to no right to restrict the labor agreements between the individuals.
