How does the constitution determine which powers are to be held by the states?

    It differentiates the powers between the gov and state gov down the level of u guys have these laws but u guys don't and gov say well this is all together you say yes pot well it stays in ur state and you say no pot well it's a no no everywhere else you know what I'm sayin like every state has its own laws and big brother has the laws
